Laxmi grew up with a strong interest in understanding people and organizational dynamics. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management Studies with a specialization in Human Resources.
Joining Polaristek marked her first professional experience, where she continues to learn and grow every day. Her decision to pursue HR came from a deep belief that people form the foundation of every successful organization.
