Meet the leadership team
Satyen Doshi
Founder & CEO
Satyen is the Founder and CEO for Polaristek. He is the driving force behind the company’s strategy and business development activities. A business leader with 30 years of experience in growth strategy and organizational transformation.
He leads Polaristek together with a partner orchestrating new and balanced ways of creating value for the clients and partners globally.
Among Satyen’s areas of expertise are business development and strategic projects, corporate governance and change adoption, capital allocation, investment growth, client relationship, customer satisfaction and digitally enabled business transformation.
Recently Satyen was leading North America Operations and Global Commercial Operations for Zimetrics. He has worked with HCL, Cognizant, HP and IBM previously. He started his career as a BI developer and then grew into the management roles.
Satyen has done his Masters in MIS from Syracuse University and undergrad in Production Engineering from University of Mumbai.
He lives in Los Angeles with his spouse Sejal and kids – Dev and Rayna.
Tushar Sonavane
Head of Marketing & Business Operations
Tushar leads Marketing and Business Operations, driving strategic growth through data-backed decision-making and process optimization.
He holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business, combining analytical thinking with a global business outlook. With a background spanning sales, account management, and operations, Tushar brings a deep understanding of how revenue, relationships, and execution intersect. His professional focus lies in building scalable marketing systems and integrating automation to enhance efficiency and impact across teams.
Outside of work, Tushar enjoys traveling, exploring diverse cuisines, and reading about history and geopolitics. Fun fact: Tushar believes good coffee and great ideas always go together.
Sheree Addison
Billing Lead
Sheree chose to work in healthcare because she is passionate about helping people understand their medical benefits and ensuring they feel informed about their coverage. She enjoys working with people and finds that each day brings new challenges, making her role both rewarding and meaningful.
A proud mother of four young adults, she enjoys living in North Carolina and cherishes every opportunity to be with her loved ones.
Outside of work, Sheree enjoys reading books, solving puzzles, bowling, and spending quality time with her family.
